Lebanon of Tomorrow: Green Energy Improves Life, Saves Forest

Since 2014, CEDRO, a renewable energy initiative funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP has carried out over 17 projects across Lebanon. The opening of the briquette factory in Bkassine is one of them, which provides more than 5,000 people with affordable heating.
